  82. <p>Authors have different platforms, viewers, features, and goals to consider 
  83.  when theyÆre creating online documentation. Some end users have Microsoft 
  84.  Windows applications and others have UNIX or Web-based applications. End 
  85.  users may have only one type of browser on their system and others may 
  86.  use several. These differences require authors to carefully consider how 
  87.  to deliver projects that are compatible with all their end usersÆ needs.</p>

  89. <p>In RoboHelp, you can create different outputs (also called "Help 
  90.  formats") that meet the different needs of end users. The output 
  91.  files run on different viewers and platforms, support different features, 
  92.  and display various interfaces. These differences can be subtle to users, 
  93.  but authors need to be aware of the characteristics of the formats theyÆre 
  94.  creating. In the RoboHelp Starter, when you create a new project you select 
  95.  an output (your project format).</p>

  105.  cross-platform and browser-independent. If you want server-based feedback 
  106.  reports about how people used your system, you could choose <span style="font-weight: bold;"><B>WebHelp
